Every season there are challenging non-conference games on the Saints and Lady Saints schedule, that will help prepare the coaches and players for what is ahead in the competitive Jayhawk West Conference. The Saints and Lady Saints also host the yearly Classics at the Green House including, the Pepsi Classic (Nov. 2-4), Wendy’s Classic (Nov. 17-18) and Pizza Hut Classic (Dec. 8-9). The Jayhawk Shootout (Dec. 1-3) is the only weekend in the non-conference schedule where both the men’s and women’s programs will be in action at the same road venue ( Coffeyville , Kan. ). The Lady Saints finish their non-conference schedule with a yearly trip to a destination that will typically provide a little warmer weather. This season head coach Toby Wynn and the Lady Saints will travel to Palm Springs , California , where they will play Dec. 29-30, before returning back to Liberal for the start of conference play.

On Nov. 10, the Saints will welcome Northern Oklahoma-Enid for a 6:00 p.m. tip-off at the Green House. The Wendy’s Classic will bring in Trinidad State College (Nov. 17) and Clarendon College (Nov. 18) for two competitive match-up’s at the Green House. The Saints will take to the road for five straight games starting at Kansas Newman J.V. (Nov. 22), before they play at the Pratt Thanksgiving Tournament against Cowley College (Nov. 24) and Lamar C.C. (Nov. 25).

The most intriguing game on the Saints non-conference schedule will be their opening game at the Jayhawk Shootout against the defending Region VI Champion, Coffeyville Red Ravens (Dec. 1).
